Mexican Beef Tacos
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 tsp Mexican Spices or Taco Seasoning Mix*
400 g lean beef mince
450 g packet HEINZ FRESH IDEAS - Mexican Mix
425 g can chopped tomatoes
8-12 Taco Shells
lettuce, shredded
Method:
1. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in saucepan. Add spice mix and mince. Cook for 4 minutes or until browned.
2. Add HEINZ FRESH IDEAS and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Heat tacos following packet intructions. Fill tacos with lettuce and beef mixture. Serve.
Optional Fillings: Grated Tasty Cheese, guacamole or light sour cream.
*Could use 1tsp of chili powder and ground cumin. |
